The 5,000 Rep Challenge

3 min read
rep challenge

Looking for a challenge to stay fit and compete with your friends? Stick around and learn about the 5000 rep challenge and the unconventional reasons you should participate

I created a challenge and a fun way for you to track your progress over this next week.

It’s called…

The 5000 Rep Challenge

Yup.
You read that right.
5 0 0 0 reps, baby.

Now, before you run off and find a different challenge or workout program, or friend altogether- give me a second to explain!

First of all, let me start by saying that there are NO BURPEES and NO PUSH UPS in this challenge. You’re welcome.

Secondly, by the END of the week, you will have completed 5 workouts, and a total of 5000 reps.

Don’t worry, you don’t have to try to get all 5000 done in one day.
Even I’m not that crazy.

This rep count sounds intimidating but you can 100% do it. Regardless of your age or fitness level.

And the best part about a challenge that sounds intimidating is that it ALSO sounds bad ass. So when you’re done, you can strut your stuff all over town (Just kidding, stay inside.. #Quarantine) and tell everyone that you successfully completed the 5000 rep challenge.

Yep, they will be impressed. You might get a date, you might make all your fitness dreams come true, you could become a sponsored athlete for all I know- the possibilities are honestly endless.

As a bonus, anyone who posts their total times on THIS BLOG THREAD for all 5 days of the challenge, will be entered to win some cash from me!

If you are ready to start, scroll down and click the button to download this challenge!

For the rest of you who have yet to be convinced in the value that comes with YOUR HEALTH, here are some unconventional reasons why you should participate:

  • You could win some money and buy a lottery ticket and win the lottery
  • Your best friend might become inspired by the work you do and change their life.
  • You might become so strong and confident that you
    get a super hott date
  • Someone could see you working out and bring you a treat because you #EarnedIt
  • You could become so focused and disciplined that you get a promotion
  • Your legs could become so strong that you need to go on a shopping spree

So, are you convinced? This challenge could be the only thing standing between you and your wildest dreams.

I’m not saying it is for sure….but I’m also not saying that it’s not.

Basically, I feel like at this point theres no reason not to participate.

Click the button below to download this 5000 rep challenge and don’t forget to come back here every day this week to post your score for a chance to win some money!

This Challenge is open ALWAYS, but cash will be given to people who complete this during the week of April 5th- 11th

TLDR: your body’s not wrong, your thoughts are— clean it up.
Boone turned 2!! Where do we start with this guy? Boone turned 2!!

Where do we start with this guy?

He is the spiciest,
bossiest,
most fearless,
goofiest boy I have ever met.

He can climb everything.

He will jump off anything 😰

He will hug any animal while side eyeing every human.

The guy can throw an award winning tantrum. He knows what he wants and he just knows not to settle in life 😅 which is very fun for me.🤪

In the zombie apocalypse, Boone will win. Everything. He’s tough and strong and never moving slow.

I love him so so much.

Happy Birthday to the Wild One. Our life is brighter and better with you in it ❤️🔥😘
Let’s not forget the goal here folks… VIBRANT Let’s not forget the goal here folks…

VIBRANT 👏🏼 HEALTH 👏🏼

My attachment isn’t to a number on the scale but to being my best.

I want lots of energy and pretty hair and PRs in the gym 🏃🏼‍♀️💪🏼🤷🏼‍♀️

What are your thoughts on this approach?

❤️💪🏼
WEEKEND PHOTO DUMP 1) homemade perfect bars. 😍 WEEKEND PHOTO DUMP

1) homemade perfect bars. 😍 none of the seed oils and alllll the amazingness. (And didn’t cost $98/ bar like in the grocery stores 😅)

2 the sun came out this weekend— anyone else suddenly realize they’ve been sad since October when we last saw it?!

3. Howling practice. Duh.

4. Buzz learns to use a scooter

5. Boone eats a donut like a savage. Beck eats with the precision of a surgeon. COULD. NOT. BE MORE DIFFERENT 😂

6. Boone got his license. All was fun until he drove under the trampoline and destroyed the big boys 😂

7. This is why we workout.

8. Beck has taken to showing his muscles off to strangers. He obviously has to take his shirt off. So naturally we are teaching Boone. Everyone say FLEX!

9. Not pictured: I started a compost bucket and I’m NERD LEVEL EXCITED. Send me all the tips.

Happy Monday ya’ll!! Let’s have a kick ass week shall we?!
Consistency compounds. For better or for worse. Consistency compounds.

For better or for worse.

Pick one small thing and trust it’s enough for right now. You got this 🫶🏻

Happy hump day ya’ll.
